To make at home: simply spoon 3 table spoons of Prana Chai into a saucepan, pour over boiled water and gently heat for a minute allowing the flavours to extract further. Slowly pour a glass of milk (Bonsoy soy milk is my personal favourite) into the pot and bring to a low heat, not boiling. Honey can be added for sweetness. Once the milk is hot to the touch, strain into your favorite glass and savour. Enjoy!
